A non-welded connection using 37° flared pipe ends, paired cone inserts and bolted flanges. Freely rotating flanges simplify bolt alignment.

A segmented retaining ring sits in a machined groove on heavy-wall pipe. Bolted flanges capture the ring and O-ring seal retainer to form the connection.

A non-welded flange connection for large-bore, heavy-wall hydraulic piping, including forging and extrusion presses. Rotating flanges assist bolt alignment before tightening.

Shop-welded adapters and a machined spacer accommodate selected high-pressure and large-bore connections. The weld is cleaned before installation and final flange assembly.

Hydraulic tooling permanently swages fittings onto pipe or tube without welding. A go/no-go gauge checks the installed connection, with configurations for several piping size systems.

A non-welded, metal-to-metal sealed press connection for carbon steel and stainless steel tubing. Installation uses dedicated press tooling and a hydraulic pump.
Published ranges are manufacturer summaries. Pressure ratings and suitability depend on size, material, configuration and operating conditions; confirm the selected product against the current technical documentation.

Clamp assemblies support industrial, mobile and marine piping while helping absorb shock and dampen vibration. Standard and special configurations suit different installation requirements.

Complete the piping scope with hydraulic hoses, couplings, flange adapters, reducers, elbows, manifolds and ball valves, selected around the application and connection requirements.
